FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 
Question:  How do I make a reservation?
 
Answer:  Please call our office at 850-934-0073 during business hours, or click here to submit a request by email.
 

Question:  Can I cancel my reservation without penalty?
 
Answer:  If you contact us and cancel within 48 hours of your check-in time, we will cancel your reservation with a full refund.
 

 
Question:  What are the financial arrangements when I make a reservation?
 
Answer:  A credit card is required to reserve a condo.  We will accept a reservation with a $100 rental deposit, but payment in full is required within 30 days of check-in.  Additionally, we will place a "hold" of $100 against your credit card as a damage deposit.  After you check-out, we will cancel the hold on your credit card if there is no damage or need for excessive cleaning in the condo.
 

 
Question:  Are bathroom supplies and linens provided?
   
Answer:  Yes.  Your condo comes with hotel style soap, shampoo, sheets, pillows, and bathroom towels.  You will, however, have bring your own beach and pool towels for use outside the condo.

Question:  Is there a grill?
 
Answer:   Yes, there is a charcoal grill outside the condominium building.  A photo of the grill appears on each condo description page.  You will need to bring cooking utensils.
 

 
Question:  How far away is the beach?
 
Answer:   The beach is across the street, about a 5 minute walk.  We suggest you ride the complimentary tram service that will pick you up at the condo building and drive you to and from the beach.
 

 
Question:  What swimming pools can we swim in?
 
Answer:   There are two swimming pools for your use and enjoyment.  The fabulous Seacrest Beach Lagoon Pool is about 3 minutes away, and there is a heated, standard size swimming pool adjacent to the condominium building.
 

 
Question:  Can I bring my dog?
   
Answer:  Sorry, none of our condos are pet friendly.  No exceptions.  
 

 
Question:  Can we rent bicycles?
 
Answer:   Yes, there is a bicycle rental facility next door at Rosemary Beach.
 

 
 
Question:  Where do we park?
   
Answer:  There is an open air parking lot adjacent to the building.  
 

 
Question:  Do I have to check-in or pick up a key?
 
Answer:   No.  Your condo has a keypad that will accept your provided code.  When you arrive, go directly to your condo and make yourself at home.
 

 
 
Question:  What time is check in/check out?
   
Answer:  Check in is 4 pm.  Check out is 11 am.  Early check-in at 1 pm is sometimes available with a $25 surcharge.  
 

 
Question:  What is the check-out procedure?
 
Answer:   We ask that you remove all garbage and leave your towels in the bathtub.  That's it.
